A traditional Mexican dessert, you can add raisins if you like.
2 cups of rice
4 cups of water
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 liter of milk
2 cinnamon sticks
Sugar to taste
Put the two cups of rice to soak in water for 15 minutes and rinse.
Heat the 4 cups of water in a pot and add the rice along with the two cinnamon sticks.
Cook until the water has evaporated.
Add the liter of milk, the condensed and evaporated milk, cook over low heat until the rice is cooked, add sugar to taste.
